An essy on causation

Before the 1940s, Taiwan is a agriculture oriented country and most people make living by cultivating rice or vegetables. After the KMT government, whcih fail in the fighting with the communist army, moved to Taiwan in 1949 and started to build up the infrastructure there, Taiwan steped into a new era and started to develop the industry like textile industry, auto industry, iron and steel industry, and high tech industry, which prop up the economy in Taiwan for years. The KMT government not only brought the talent and scholars to do these business but also bring some political issues to Taiwan. Since the KMT government deemed that their ultimate goal is to unite the mainland China, they don't want to share their political power to the original inhabitant in Taiwan, that caused a big opposing conflicit between the non-native and native. Until now, the political issue still disturb the society in Taiwan. Furthermore, the historical event, KMT government flee to Taiwan, made Taiwan become involved in a vague situation. No one can assure that Taiwan is an independent country or a regional government. Until now, even the DPP acquired the control of the government, they still can not solve the dilemma.
